We are an independent procurement coordination service for business buyers. We do not make or sell blankets, provide medical services, own third-party brands or represent suppliers. Our job is to record a precise requirement, contact potential suppliers and make their replies easier to compare without turning incomplete evidence into a claim.
A visible chain of responsibility
Four owners, one decision record
Procurement moves more reliably when each statement has an owner. We preserve that distinction from the first brief through supplier selection.
Buyer defines
The buyer states channel, intended use, desired configuration, quantity unit, destination, timing, budget basis and internal approval needs. Qualified advisers define any regulatory, electrical, product-safety or clinical review.
Source coordinates
We structure the request, contact candidates, organize responses and highlight missing or inconsistent fields. We do not certify factories or fill unanswered specifications with assumptions.
Supplier confirms
Each candidate must identify its proposed model, manufacturer, materials, dimensions, controller, rated voltage and power, included accessories, documentation, minimum order and delivery scope.
Buyer approves
The buyer reviews tradeoffs, requests samples or further evidence and approves the final specification, supplier and commercial basis. An open item stays open until the responsible party resolves it.
How evidence is labeled in the comparison
Record inputs
Buyer-provided requirements are recorded as requested values, not as product facts. Quantity is tied to a unit such as complete sets, and the US destination is kept with the quote basis.
Mark references
Public product-family references are labeled as question sources only. They may point to heating, controller, material or dimension fields, but they do not prove that a candidate product matches.
Request confirmation
Supplier statements are tied to the exact proposed model and quotation revision. Documents are checked for the named manufacturer, model scope, issuing body and intended market rather than borrowed from a related series.
Capture approval
Final choices and accepted alternatives belong to the buyer. We keep excluded accessories, separate charges, unresolved files and changed specifications visible for that decision.
